智能化真空排水系統
概述
目前,污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)在排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統中均采用單(dan)一(yi)(yi)的重(zhong)力輸(shu)送的傳(chuan)(chuan)統方式(shi),真(zhen)空(kong)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統改(gai)變了室外污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管網單(dan)一(yi)(yi)的重(zhong)力輸(shu)送污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的傳(chuan)(chuan)統模(mo)式(shi),污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)在真(zhen)空(kong)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統中以(yi)相對的真(zhen)空(kong)壓差輸(shu)送,系(xi)統管道需(xu)保障覆土深(shen)度而(er)不要求(qiu)坡(po)度進行敷(fu)設(she),具(ju)有(you)與其他專業管線協調靈(ling)活,管徑小、流速大、施工(gong)方便、投資低、不堵塞、無需(xu)設(she)置檢查井、衛生無臭氣等(deng)優(you)點。適(shi)用地(di)(di)形復雜、地(di)(di)面起(qi)伏大、坡(po)降(jiang)小、地(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)高(gao)的地(di)(di)區。所(suo)以(yi),真(zhen)空(kong)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統作為污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)輸(shu)送的一(yi)(yi)種方案,在特殊條件(jian)、地(di)(di)形復雜、地(di)(di)面起(qi)伏大、地(di)(di)銑工(gong)程(cheng)、一(yi)(yi)般(ban)的工(gong)業區、商業區及住宅區等(deng)特殊地(di)(di)區由低位(wei)向高(gao)位(wei)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)集、輸(shu)送排放,使得真(zhen)空(kong)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統具(ju)有(you)明顯的優(you)勢和靈(ling)活性(xing)。
工作原理
室(shi)外(wai)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統主要(yao)由污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)集(ji)(ji)(ji)井、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)接觸(chu)啟動(dong)裝置、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網(wang)、中央(yang)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵站(zhan)等(deng)組成,根據地形,一個中央(yang)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵站(zhan)可收(shou)集(ji)(ji)(ji)輻射半徑3公里范圍(wei)內的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)每家每戶的(de)傳(chuan)統重力(li)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管道匯集(ji)(ji)(ji)到安裝于室(shi)外(wai)的(de)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)收(shou)集(ji)(ji)(ji)箱。一旦真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)收(shou)集(ji)(ji)(ji)箱的(de)收(shou)集(ji)(ji)(ji)室(shi)內污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量選到預設值(zhi)時(shi),液(ye)面差靜壓力(li)就會(hui)激活氣動(dong)控制器(qi),控制器(qi)隨即打開真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)閥(fa)門,污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)從收(shou)集(ji)(ji)(ji)箱進(jin)入真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣通過(guo)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)閥(fa)上游被吸(xi)入系統,污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)管道被吸(xi)入系統真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)中,當真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)內污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)達到某一水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位時(shi),污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵自動(dong)開啟將真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)內的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)提(ti)升(sheng)排(pai)放到指定處理點或就近排(pai)放至重力(li)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管道中。
室(shi)外的真空管道(dao)(dao)可以(yi)隨意繞(rao)過(guo)各種障礙(ai)物(wu),甚(shen)至(zhi)在(zai)(zai)同(tong)(tong)一溝渠(qu)內將污水管同(tong)(tong)其它管線布置在(zai)(zai)同(tong)(tong)一平面。在(zai)(zai)野(ye)外管線長,坡度大或是地(di)下室(shi)有(you)衛生間,需將集水池(chi)深挖的情況(kuang)下,真空管道(dao)(dao)只需埋(mai)深地(di)下0.6m至(zhi)1.2m。根據水量的不同(tong)(tong),一個真空收集箱(xiang)可以(yi)連接多幢低層建筑物(wu),其連接的真空管道(dao)(dao)最(zui)大管徑在(zai)(zai)250mm。系(xi)統中每隔100m有(you)一個90mm直徑的檢(jian)查管,管道(dao)(dao)設計成波浪形(xing)和鋸齒形(xing)剖面,系(xi)統除了泵之外其它地(di)方均不耗(hao)電,既環保,又節(jie)約了能源。
中央真空(kong)泵站安裝于(yu)真空(kong)管(guan)路系(xi)(xi)統末端,是真空(kong)排(pai)(pai)水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統的核心,主要由有一(yi)(yi)個PLC控制器、一(yi)(yi)套(tao)液(ye)位傳感(gan)器、兩(liang)個真空(kong)泵、兩(liang)個排(pai)(pai)污(wu)泵、一(yi)(yi)個真空(kong)污(wu)水(shui)罐以(yi)及一(yi)(yi)套(tao)尾氣(qi)(qi)處(chu)理裝置。整個泵站除尾氣(qi)(qi)處(chu)理裝置排(pai)(pai)放口與大(da)氣(qi)(qi)相通外,完全處(chu)于(yu)密閉狀態。避免了臭氣(qi)(qi)外溢。
應用范圍
室外真空排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)可應用于各種建筑的排水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)以及一(yi)些(xie)特種場(chang)合(he)需要將(jiang)分散的間(jian)斷的廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)集中收集處理的場(chang)臺(tai),適用于以下(xia)情況:
● 地下(xia)水位高(gao)的地區;
● 地勢平坦(tan)的(de)地區;
● 地面坡度上升;
● 水系(xi)復雜(za)的地區;
● 水源保護地區;
● 湖泊、河流、海(hai)岸線和泱澇(lao)地附近;
● 根(gen)難(nan)實現重力流的地下室(shi)或海(hai)濱山地的建筑排水系(xi)統;
● 排(pai)水管線需要(yao)穿越河流、鐵(tie)路的地區(qu);
● 郊(jiao)遠地區與市政管網很(hen)難對接的(de)獨立排水單元;
● 廢污水需要達標排放的工廠(chang)、醫(yi)院(yuan)(尤其傳(chuan)染病醫(yi)院(yuan),密閉(bi)收(shou)集(ji)避免了病菌的傳(chuan)播)、學(xue)校以(yi)及商務寫字樓等。
真空排水系統的特點
適用于地(di)形復雜、地(di)面起伏大(da)、坡(po)降小、地(di)下水(shui)位高的(de)地(di)區,與(yu)傳統(tong)重(zhong)力排(pai)水(shui)系統(tong)相比,真空排(pai)水(shui)技術在下述應用中有(you)顯著優勢(shi)。

● 真空污水提升(sheng)系統的提升(sheng)高度(du)應(ying)≤4m,提升(sheng)高度(du)>4m應(ying)設置二次提升(sheng)站;
● 設計(ji)選型時需提供最大排水秒流量、最遠輸送距(ju)離、收(shou)集點(dian)數(shu)量、單個收(shou)集點(dian)流量、收(shou)集點(dian)間距(ju)等(deng)數(shu)據(ju);
